Freya Kemp, Linsey Smith, Bess Heath and Ryana MacDonald-Gay could all make their Women's Ashes debuts during England's tour of Australia.
All four players have been called up to the squad ahead of the multi-format series in January.
The series consists of three One Day Internationals (ODI), three Twenty20s (T20) and a four-day Test match.
Head coach Jon Lewis believed that his England side, captained by Heather Knight, is well-balanced as they look to bring the Women's Ashes back to England for the first time since 2014.
"We have named balanced squads for this Ashes series, with a good mix of youth and experience," he said.
"Ashes series are always special. We want to go there, play our way and are all excited about the challenges ahead."
MacDonald-Gay gets her first call-up to an Ashes squad after taking two wickets on her Test debut against South Africa early in December.
All-rounder Kemp and spinner Smith have both made England's T20 squad, while wicket-keeper-batter Heath has been included in both the T20 and Test squads.

The trio of T20 ties begin on January 20 and wraps up on January 25, before the series finishes with a one-off Test match on January 30.
