Are England in good form?

England's white-ball summer has produced a mixed bag of form.
They enjoyed back-to-back clean sweeps against West Indies in their one-day international and T20 contests.
However, Brook's side came unstuck when South Africa were the visitors early in September.
The Proteas took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the one-day International series, before England restored some pride with a 342-run victory in Southampton.
Rain spoilt the T20 series between the sides - which ended in a draw - but a record-breaking night at Old Trafford brought something to cheer.
Phil Salt hit a spectacular century off just 39 balls to score England's quickest ever ton, as his side went on to win that game by 146 runs.
There are a number of changes to the team for the Dublin trip, with Hampshire seamer Scott Currie called up for the first time to replace Saqib Mahmood, who has a knee injury.
Captain Brook is being rested - with Jacob Bethell leading the side in his place. In the first match, the 21-year-old became the youngest player to captain England in international cricket.

Can Ireland spring a surprise?

Ireland captain Paul Stirling says his team is "disappointed" with the lack of cricket they have played this summer.
Their clash with England will be the first time they have played since June's T20 defeat to West Indies.
Speaking about their readiness for the series ahead, Stirling said: "We've been under-prepared, would be the honest answer.
"It's nice to get together as a squad for the first time in about four months. We're looking forward to getting out there and giving it a good go.
"We'll need things to go our way a little bit, but it's nice to get together."
