For the first time since 1992, the two cricket heavyweights are contesting a five-match Test series, which started in November and finishes in January.

When is Australia v India Test series?

The five-match series started in Perth on November 22.
That was followed by Tests in Adelaide and Brisbane before the traditional Boxing Day Test in Melbourne.

Who is playing for Australia and India?

Australia are without all-rounder Cameron Green for the series due to a back injury.
Australia have three bowlers ranked inside the top 10 in the ICC Test rankings: Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon. 
Marnus Labuschagne, who was the top scorer the last time India visited Australia in 2020/21 with 426 runs, will bat at No. 3.
India were without captain Rohit Sharma for the first Test after the recent birth of his second child.
