American WBC champion Wilder targeted WBO and WBA champion Fury and IBF title holder Joshua after defending his version of the belt after Arreola's corner stopped the contest in the eighth round in Birmingham, Alabama.
"Of course I want the Furys, of course I want the Joshuas, but the question is, do they want me?" said Wilder.
"My goal is to unify the division. I'm one of the baddest, hardest-hitting heavyweights in the business, so whoever's got those belts, that's who I want."
Wilder's unbeaten record moved to 37 wins - 36 by way of KO - in his fourth defence of the title.
Arreola was forced to replace Alexander Povetkin, who failed a drugs test in May.
