Carl Frampton has backed Tyson Fury to achieve redemption and "edge" a "tight" rematch against Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh. Frank Warren and George Groves have predicted a stoppage victory, but the pair have plumped for a different winner. Meanwhile, Steve Bunce has deemed the fight too close to call. Usyk v Fury 2 will be shown live on TNT Sports Box Office and discovery+ on Saturday, December 21.

Carl Frampton believes that Tyson Fury will right the wrongs of his defeat against Oleksandr Usyk and prevail in an "incredible" rematch in Riyadh.
The Ukrainian won by split decision in May to become the undisputed heavyweight champion, but Frampton has his proverbial money on 'The Gypsy King' to edge Usyk v Fury 2, live on TNT Sports Box Office and discovery+.
Fury suffered his first professional defeat at the hands of Usyk in a battle dubbed the ‘Ring of Fire’, but he envisages a knock-out victory in the rematch on Saturday, December 21.
Usyk triumphed by a single point at the Kingdom Arena, where Frampton feels Fury will achieve redemption in a fight that could again see a knockdown.
"I think it’s going to be incredible," said Frampton on TNT Sports. "I think it’s going to be tight. I can’t really see it being anything other than another great fight.
"Both guys wear their heart on their sleeve. Both guys will be determined to win the fight. Usyk will want to show that it’s not a fluke. Fury will want to show that he got it wrong that night.
"There may be knockdowns, but I think that Tyson Fury will just about edge a close one."

Queensberry Promotions chief Frank Warren thinks that the contest will not go the distance and has emphatically backed his fighter to stop Usyk in his tracks.
"Tyson, I’m telling you, will win this fight," said Warren.
"I believe that Tyson will win the fight on the 21st in Riyadh, and the reason I believe that is because I think he’s got the tools to do it, and he’ll win it by a stoppage."
George Groves, on the other hand, picked Usyk to triumph by a stoppage when pressed on his prediction.
"I don’t like to pick who’s going to win. I want to be impartial. I think Usyk wins the rematch, and just for the sake of drama, I think he wins via a stoppage," predicted Groves.

But boxing pundit Steve Bunce deemed the contest too close to call, believing the judges will not be able to separate the two heavyweights.
Bunce said: "I see it being really close. Usyk and Fury 2 really will be like Usyk and Fury 1. I don’t see any man dominating. I see it being a draw."
