The deal with both players will not be finalised until July 12, and NBA and team officials have refused to comment until then.
Wallace is expected to sign a four-year, $60 million contract with the Bulls, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The paper also said it confirmed from Chandler that he will be with the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets for the next five years at $54 million.
Power forward P.J. Brown and shooting guard J.R. Smith are also a part of the deal, as they will be leaving the Hornets for the Bulls.
Chandler told the Tribune he expected to be traded after hearing rumors. "It was just a matter of when and where," he told the Tribune via telephone.
