"His aim is to qualify for the world championship team in these events and the 4x100 metres relay," Ricky Simms said.
Bolt set world records in all three at last year's Beijing Olympics.
The Jamaican trials run from Friday through to Sunday (June 26-28) in Kingston.
"Based on his training next week Coach (Glen) Mills will instruct him how hard to run through the rounds and in the various races," Simms said.
"After this he comes back to Europe for (meetings in) Lausanne, Paris and London."
