The Austrian clocked a time of 1:53.83 in Germany, 0.16 seconds ahead of Italian rival Peter Fill.
Swiss skier Beat Feuz came third, 0.52 seconds behind Reichelt. Fill's compatriot, Dominik Paris, finished fourth.
Reichelt, the defending Super-G world champion, claimed his 12th career World Cup win after working his way back from back surgery at the end of last summer.
He becomes the first skier to win a downhill World Cup with the number one bib since Italian Christof Innerhofer in 2008.
"I knew in Kitzbuehel and yesterday that, if I made it down without any mistakes, I'd surely be up front if I ski normally," Reichelt said.
"It's the art of finding the happy medium between giving it gas and going safely, not risking everything without a thought. It worked out perfectly.
"It's very good for the confidence with regard to the world championships."
