Kitzbuhel slalom glory went the way of Daniel Yule of Switzerland. Dave Ryding arrived in Austria as the defending champion, but he came up just short in second place. The Brit's second run was a blistering run, but it was not good enough for victory on Sunday. Lucas Braathen took third place and the points took him to the top of the season standings.
