The 29-year-old Austrian surged to men's slalom victory in 1:47.37 with a second-run charge for his second World Cup triumph of the weekend in Switzerland.
He finished 0.50 seconds ahead of France's Clement Noel, who was fifth after the first run, while Norway's Henrik Kristoffersen took the final podium spot, 0.71 seconds behind.
Hirscher was third fastest after the first run, with Austrian compatriot Marco Schwarz leading the way before he pulled out of his second run after just a few gates.
Having also triumphed over Kristoffersen in Saturday's giant slalom, Hirscher tops the overall standings with 976 points and the slalom standings on 436 points.
Elsewhere, it was a disappointing day for Britain's Dave Ryding after he failed to finish his first run, with compatriot Laurie Taylor also failing to register a time.
