Jack Grealish was unavailable for Everton's Carabao Cup home tie against Newcastle United on Thursday night due to a disciplinary breach, according to the Premier League club. The Toffees confirmed the news when announcing the starting line-up for the game.

David Moyes' side strolled to a 3-1 victory over The Magpies at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, and will now face Fleetwood Town in the quarter-finals.
Moyes would not be drawn on the issue that saw Grealish miss the tie, though he said he "supported the decision".
"You probably know I'm not going to give any details," said Everton's manager after the game.
"It's a club decision. I support the decision, but it's a club decision. It's something that I don't want to speak too much about. The club are the people you should go to."
Everton had revealed Grealish's absence when they published their starting XI.
A club statement read: "Jarrad Branthwaite remains sidelined for a second successive game due to concussion protocols, while Jack Grealish is unavailable for selection due to a breach of Club discipline."
It has been reported that Grealish missed training on Monday without permission. He did not face Arsenal last weekend due to illness.
The Manchester City forward returned to Everton for a second season-long loan on September 1.
Grealish impressed at the club last term, scoring two goals and registering six assists before a foot injury ended his campaign in February.
The 31-year-old played for City in the FA Community Shield against Arsenal, and also came off the bench in the club's season-opening Premier League game against Bournemouth, before returning to Everton.
Speaking in a club interview after his transfer deadline day move, Grealish said: "I'm so happy. I think I'm at my best at everything in life, not just football, when I feel loved.
"That's what the manager has given me, what my team-mates have given me and especially what the fans have given me."
Grealish won the last of his 39 England caps two years ago.
He will become a free agent at the end of the season when his City contract expires.
The Birmingham-born player - who started his career at Aston Villa - has won three Premier League titles, along with the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup, during Pep Guardiola's time in charge of City.
